- AGE – Minimum age of 25 years old to book. Photo ID required and must match the individuals name that is booking.

- CHECK OUT: 10:00AM EST
- NO PARTIES – Large group parties or events are not allowed.
- NO PETS – *Except Lakota Lodge, The Oasis and Sunrock Chalet Allow (1) Small Dog*
- NO SMOKING
- GUESTS – Please refer to each individual property for maximum number of guests allowed overnight.
- QUIET TIME – Please enjoy the outdoor space but no loud noises or music between the hours, 11 PM – 8 AM.
- NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS – If you carry, please lock firearms in vehicle during your stay.
- CHILDREN – Please be mindful that this cabin is NOT childproof. Parents and Guests will ALWAYS supervise their children at ALL times, both indoors and outdoors, especially in and around the hot tub, fireplaces, fire-pit and stairs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Guest receives a 100% refund, minus the 3% service fee if the cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Guest receives a 50% refund, minus the 3% service fee if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. No refunds within 14 days of the arrival date*.
